# Products Reviews

Through the _*****FlyCommerce Product Review****_* feature, customers can provide feedback on a product’s service quality or the vendor’s behavior directly from their account after completing a purchase.

This review option becomes accessible in the customer’s account only once the product has been fully purchased and successfully delivered.

### Customer Review Process

When a customer navigates to the _*****Review****_* section from their _*****My Account****_* page, they will see all the products listed under _*****Pending Reviews****_* — these are products that have been fully purchased but not yet reviewed.

By clicking the _*****Review****_* button next to a product, the customer can submit their feedback. If they prefer, they can post their feedback anonymously by selecting the _*****Review as Anonymous****_* checkbox.

While submitting a review, customers can provide their desired _*****rating****_*, write a _*****description****_*, and, if they wish, _*****upload images****_* to support their feedback.

### Review History

When a customer submits a review, it will be moved to the _*****Review History****_* section. If the vendor has replied to that review, the customer can view the reply by clicking the _*****Reply****_* button.

From the _*****Review History****_* section, customers can also _*****edit****_* or _*****delete****_* any of their submitted reviews as needed.

### Vendor Review Dashboard

When a customer submits a review, it will be deposited into the _*****Reviews****_* section of the vendor’s dashboard under _*****Products****_*. The vendor can respond to reviews directly from this interface.

The vendor also has the ability to view _*****all reviews****_* together or filter them by status - _*****Pending,****_* _*****Approved****_*, or _*****Rejected****_*.

### Review Filtering

Vendors can also filter reviews based on _*****ratings****_*. To do this, they can click the _*****Filter****_* option located at the _*****top-right corner****_* of the page and apply the desired rating filter.

### Admin Review Management

From the _*****Reviews****_* option under the _*****Products****_* section of the admin dashboard, the admin can view all submitted reviews. The reviews are organized and displayed with details such as _*****Reviewer Name****_*, _*****Vendor Name****_*, _*****Product Name****_*, _*****Ratings****_*, _*****Status****_*, _*****Date****_*, and _*****Actions****_*.

From this section, the admin can _*****approve****_* or _*****reject****_* reviews directly through the dashboard.

### Review Display on Product Page

Only the reviews _*****approved by the admin****_* will be displayed in the _*****Review****_* section of the corresponding product.

### Store Page Reviews

All reviews of the products available in a vendor’s store can be viewed by any customer from the _*****Review****_* section of the vendor’s _*****Store Page****_*.
