Email Notifications


In the Notifications section, there are three email options to enable or disable. They are the:-

Orders

  • Order Placed: Send a confirmation email to the customer when an order is placed.
  • Order Canceled: Send a notification email to the customer when an order is canceled.
  • Order Refunded: Send a notification email to the customer when an order is refunded.
  • Order on Hold: Notify customer when an order is put on hold.
  • Processing Order: Notify customer when an order status changes to processing.
  • Complete Order: Notify customer when an order status changes to completed.

Customer

  • Customer Welcome: Sent when a new account is created.
  • Password Reset: Sent when a customer requests to reset their password.
  • Product Q&A: Sent when a vendor answers a customer’s question.

Admin

  • New Order: Notify admin when a new order is placed.
  • Canceled Order: Notify admin when an order is canceled.
  • Report Abuse: Notify admin when a report abuse is submitted.
  • Product Q&A: Notify admin when a product question/answer is posted.
  • Payout Request: Each email is sent to the admin whenever the related event occurs.

Vendor

  • New Order: Sent when a new order is placed.
  • Payout Approved: Sent when a Payout request is approved.
  • Payout Cancelled: Notify vendor when their payout request is cancelled.
  • Product Review: Notify vendor when a product is reviewed.
  • Product Q&A: Notify vendor when a Question is asked by customer.
