Gross Sales: It calculates the total product price
Net Revenue: This will be calculated including the shipping, tax, etc.
Commissions: Total Earned commission
Refunded amount
New Customers.
Number of Orders

Also, they will get a graph of the sales report so that they can make informed decisions.

Note: The refunded amount will not change anything in the Gross Sales and Net Revenue section.

Subscription Plan

In order for vendors to signup and start selling on the FlyCommerce marketplace, they need to buy a subscription plan. Admins need to create subscription plans for vendors to purchase.

As an admin, you can either create a free plan or a premium plan for your vendors.

We will show you how to create and publish subscription plans.

Login to your admin dashboard and go to Subscriptions Plans. There click on the New Plan button.

You will get a whole page where you need to add the necessary details to create your subscription plan.

You need to add-

Plan Name: Add a meaningful subscription plan name

Description: Write the description of your subscription plan

Pricing and Billing: You need to set the pricing of your subscription. Also, you can set a Setup Fee as well. Then you need to add the billing cycle (month, year, week), billing cycle expiration.

You can also set a tax class and and Enable Trial period.

Commission: You need to set the commission as well. You can choose Flat commission or Category Based Commission.

Capabilities: You also need to set the capabilities vendors will get upon buying this subscriptio plan. The capabilities include-

Products
Publish product directly
No of physical products
No of digital products
Store Settings

You can send SMS notifications to your customers using the Twilio integration of FlyCommerce. SMS is a quick communication tool and is very handy to convey important notifications to customers.

Here is how you can configure SMS notifications for your eCommerce store.

Connect Twilio Account

Go to Integrations→ SMS and click on the Connect button,

Note: You need to have an active Twilio Account to get your ID’s.

From your Twilio account, collect the-

Account SID
Auth Token
From number

And add paste them in the text box like below-

Click on the Save Changes button to finish.

Configure Notifications

You can also activate what kind of notifications you want to send via SMS. You will get options like-

Customer Registration
Vendor Registration
Vendor - Order is Placed
Admin - Order is Placed
Customer - Order is Placed

You can also write what the message will say in the text box-

As an admin, you can set taxes for your FlyCommerce solution. To do this, go to your admin dashboard and click on the “Tax” button under the Settings option. You can adjust the tax rate for different product categories and set different tax rates for different countries.

Let’s learn how to customize tax as an admin:

On the Tax settings page, there are mainly two options- Country and Tax Class.

Country: Suppose, you want to sell products to the United States. You need to click on “Add Country”. There you will find your desired country, or, you can also search for the country name using the search option. Once you have added the country name, the name appears on this page under the Country tab.

Tax Class: A tax class is a collection of tax rates. If you click on the Tax Class, there you will find the tax classes that you have added while adding a tax country which are usually Reduced Rate, Standard Rate, and Zero Rate. You can also create a tax class from the “+Create Tax Class” option.

Create coupons for the stores and attract customers to the FlyCommerce platform. We will show how to create coupons for customers/vendors.

Go to the Marketing→ Coupons and click on the Add New Coupon button.

On the next page, you will get all the necessary fields to create your coupon. You will get fields like-

Title: Write the title of the Coupon Code

Discount Code: You can manually write discount codes or generate random coupon codes.

Description: You can write a description of the coupon.

Amount: Write the discount amount in $ or %

Free shipping in applied order: You can enable free shipping for the order

Usage Restriction: You can apply the discount code to certain products, for certain customers. And also limit usage per customer.

Usage Limit: You can Set the-

Minimum purchase amount
Minimum quantity of items
Usage limit per coupon

Also, enable the “This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons” option.

Validation Period: Choose the start date for the discount code. You can also set an expiry date for the coupon as well.

in Your FlyCommerce admin panel, under the General Settings, there are 4 tabs to configure:

Business Details
Domain, and
Brand

First, we will configure the Basic Settings. There you’ll find options like:

Marketplace Name: Set your marketplace name.
Timezone: Set your timezone.
Site Main Language: Choose your preferred language from the drop-down list.
Site Currency: Choose your preferred currency from the drop-down list.
Email Address: This option lets you change the email address anytime you want.
Guest Checkout: Turn on the toggle button to allow guest checkout on your marketplace.
Marketplace Visibility: You can set your marketplace status as Coming Soon, Private, or Public. Also, if you want to discourage search engines from indexing your site, just tick the box right down the Public option.
Units: Set your marketplace’s default units from here. Use the drop-down list to get your job done.

Once you’re done, just click on the “Save” button to save all the changes. Now let’s move on to the next tab- Business Details!
